Previously in our Traklight Trakers series, we introduced to you Shay Harding. Today's feature is Ashley Hoekstra, a Traker intern who looks strikingly similar to our CEO because, well, they're related. Traklight's one big happy family. Literally. :)
Emily: What did you learn about IP before you started at Traklight?
Ashley: Before I started at Traklight, the only knowledge I had about IP came from overhearing my family (all Trakers) talk about it around the house. But most of it went over my head.
E: What's something about you that would be a surprise to learn?
A: When I was a teenager, I wanted to be a photographer for National Geographic so I could make money while I saw the world. This would have been a great plan if it wasn't one of the most prestigious photography careers you could go for.
E: Any deep dark secrets that are past statute of limitations?
A: I feel as though it is too soon to speak of those things for me.
E: If you were alone in the car by yourself, what song would you sing and why?
A: “And She Was”/“Burning Down the House”/"Once in a Lifetime" by Talking Heads, back-to-back is my favorite for the ride to work. I like to pretend I am cool.
